Modules

The marks a crew actually uses

PDF

Annotator

Mark plant with outlines, labels, arrows, stamps, and highlights. Folders follow the job and node.

Nightly assignments

Color-box a map, publish tonight's work, and send each tech their slice before roll-out.

Image

Crew and assets

Invite the shop, share job photos and cut sheets, and keep access on the people who need it.

The day

Today, the board, calendar, and inventory sit next to the maps — one desk for the plant and the truck.

How it works

Three steps, then the sheet is yours

01

Stand up a workspace

Create the company desk, invite techs by work email, and start from Today.

02

Run the night

Assign a tap, mark the map, and put the callback on the calendar before the crew rolls.

03

Hand it off

Export a marked PDF or workbook. The live marks stay in the library when you come back.

Workspace

Jobs, nodes, and the night board

Folders nest the way the plant does: job, node, feeder. Rename, move, and search without leaving the library. Every map keeps its marks when you come back.

Questions

Who is Fieldtools for?

CATV and construction shops that run maps, nightly assignments, and a crew from one desk.

Can more than one company use it?

Yes. Each workspace has its own manager, crew, maps, and assignments. Techs only see the workspace they were invited to.

How do techs get in?

A manager invites them by work email. They accept the invite, set a password, and land on Assignments.
